• 4 chicken breasts, boneless & skinless
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tbsp cold milk
  • 4 cups barbecue potato chips, crushed
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • salt according to taste
  • Barbecue sauce


Cut chicken breasts into bites size pieces. Place chicken pieces in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Preheat oven to 400 degree F. In a bowl, beat egg with milk. Place potato chips in a shallow dish. Dip each chicken piece in egg mixture. Then put into potato chips. Roll to coat evenly. Lightly greased a baking dish. Place coated chicken pieces in a single layer on prepared baking dish. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until chicken is tender. Barbecue Chicken Bites are ready now. Serve with barbecue sauce.
