• 1/2 kg chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup self raising flour
  • 6 tbsp chili garlic sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp mustard powder
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt


Make chicken wings into lolly pops. In a bowl, combine together self raising flour, salt, white pepper, and mustard powder. Now put chicken wings into it. Roll in seasoned flour twice. Turn to coat evenly. Heat oil in a deep pan or wok. Deep fry chicken wings for 15 minute on low flame. Remove from the oil. In a separate pan, add chili garlic sauce and honey. Cook for 1-2 minute then place fried chicken wings in it. Toss to coat evenly. Transfer into a serving dish. Honey Fried Wings are ready to serve. Enjoy with Chili Garlic Sauce.
